Refund Policy

Our refund promise

We want you to feel confident booking training with The Travelling Dog Trainer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for digital courses and prepaid online workshops. For live sessions and one-to-one bookings, please see the cancellation section below.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund by contacting us through our contact page. Please include your booking or order reference and the reason for the refund request.

We aim to respond to refund requests within three working days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations and rescheduling

For live sessions, online workshops and one-to-one bookings, the following applies:

• You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to reschedule you at a convenient time.
• If we need to cancel a session due to illness, weather or an emergency, we will offer you a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.
• Missed sessions with no prior notice will not be refunded.

Course access

Online course purchases grant lifetime access for the lifetime of the course. Refund eligibility within 30 days applies even if you have accessed some course materials. However, if a course has been substantially completed and downloaded, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Gift purchases and transfers

Purchases made for someone else are non-refundable once the recipient has started using the service or course, unless the original service was cancelled by us. Session credits and course access may not be transferred to another user without our agreement.
